St John’s in City Presbyterian Church, Wellington, along with Victoria University, is hosting Prof David Gushee to New Zealand for the St John’s Visiting Scholar lecture series, "Christian memory and witness in a time of violence."
Prof David Gushee will present lectures in the four main centres.
He is the Distinguished University Professor of Christian Ethics and director of the Center for Theology and Public Life at Mercer University. He is a prolific author, a well-known commentator and widely recognised as one of the leading Christian ethicists in North America today.
