Miss Frances G. Ogilvie joined the Canton Villages Mission in 1920 as an evangelist and teacher at the Tak Kei Girls' Boarding School at Kong Chuen.  She became principal of the Shung Kei Bible Training School for Women from 1939 to 1940 then was interned in Hong Kong from 1941 to 1945.  She served the Mission again until 1950.  In 1953 she joined the fiji mission then in 1954 joined the Hong Kong Mission until 1960 (refer seperate files).

Included in this file is : her Foreign Missions Application and Medical Reports; copies of personal and official letters and correspondence; "First Impressions of Canton" (1920); field reports; "Growth in Our Chinese Mission" (c. 1925); deputation work; "Some Old Boys of the Mission Schools" (c. 1933); internment camp correspondence.
