Rev. James L. Gray joined the Punjab Mission in 1921, remaining until 1940 when he returned to NZ. He returned to India in 1956 to 1960 to head the Punjab Synod Forward Program. He was married to Marion W. Gray (nee. Scott)
Included in this file are : his Foreign Missions application, medical reports; and copies of personal and official letters, correspondence and telegrams; deputation work; various articles and essays for publication.
Note - Rev Gray came under the jurisdiction of
the Church of North India Punjab Mission in 1953.
