sub-committee meeting convened to consider the granting of special furlough
leave for Rev O. Michelsen and his family and the granting of an advance
for expenses to be repaid from arrowroot sales and the Semi Jubilee fund.
Included is a "testimonial" written by Rev W. Bannerman in support of Rev
Michelsen and his need for furlough.
