Item Description : This file contains a history and report for the "Kong Chuen Orphanage" which was set up in 1945 to care for the orphaned children of Chinese Nationalist Guerillas killed in action against the Japanese. A board was appointed and financial support was primarily obtained from the American "China Children's Fund Inc." of Richmond, VA, for whom the report was written.
