The Presbyterian Church’s Global Mission has contributed financially to a visit to Aotearoa New Zealand by the Rev Socratez Yoman, West Papuan human rights defender.
From 8 and 20 May the Rev Socratez Yoman will meet with politicians, students, human rights groups, Church leaders, iwi representatives and officials and also address public meetings in nine centres: Auckland, Napier, Wellington, Nelson, Christchurch, Timaru, Dunedin, Tauranga and New Plymouth.
