Refugee Sunday resources are now available
CWS invites Presbyterian and Uniting parishes to mark Refugee Sunday on 23 June (Presbyterian and Methodist) or 7 July (Anglican). World Refugee Day is on 20 June.
This year, Refugee Sunday highlights the plight of refugees from Syria, some of whom were already Palestinian refugees.

The Presbyterian Church has made a submission on the review of the Charities Act (2005).
ICBC resource available on legalisation of cannabis referendum
The Interchurch Bioethics Council (ICBC) has produced a guide for churches to facilitate discussion on the referendum into the Legalisation of Cannabis for Medicinal and Recreational Purposes in New Zealand.

CCA Invites applications for youth internship programme
The Internship Programme of Christian Conference of Asia (CCA) is a year-long ecumenical leadership development training programme to identify, recognise and mould prospective ecumenical leaders in Asia.
Oral history participants needed: Deaconesses and the city of Dunedin 1930s-70s
Rachel Tombs is conducting research for her history honours at the University of Otago on Presbyterian deaconesses and their work in the Dunedin community from 1930s-1970s. This work will focus on their character, impact and legacy.
