$10,000 funding available from PSDS. Applications close 30 April.
The Presbyterian Savings and Development Society have up to $10,000 to award to help turn a new idea/project into reality. Ideas need to be innovative and original, expressive of the mission of the Church, practical and measurable, a completely separate initiative and not part of an existing or previous programme, and able to be replicated in other churches.

Fifteen places on offer for course with Tim Keel
Laidlaw College is running an intensive one week course with Tim Keel from 29 April to 3 May and is offering 15 places for church leaders and pastors at a cost of $230. The course is on Missional Church Leadership.

The latest Presbyterian Church social issues booklet titled, Interchurch Unity: Churches Working Together explores how churches of different denominations can find ways to work together in a joint sense of mission.
Living Wage media release
Tomorrow a campaign to lift all wages to a living wage will be launched. The Moderator of the Presbyterian Church says, “It is shameful that those who do not receive a living wage cannot afford basic necessities”.
