Almost all churches allow others to use their facilities and it is the responsibility of the congregation to arrange facility hire agreements. To help with this process, the Trustees have drafted a number of templates, designed to assist congregations to draft their own documents.
You will need to tailor them to suit your own arrangements, but the templates might help ensure you cover all the bases in terms of use, the powers and responsibilities of each party, along with other relevant points.
