National Ordained Ministers
National Ordained Ministers are able to book holidays in either Holiday House.
The maximum time that can be booked is one week each year from 3pm Monday to 10.30am the following Sunday.
National Ordained Ministers with school age children (not grandchildren) have preference over the school holiday period, provided bookings are made at least two months in advance.
Refundable deposit required
A deposit of $50 ($100 if children are staying), payable to the McNutt Trust, is required in order to secure a booking. The deposit is refundable after your stay at Glen Innis, but will be forfeited if a booking is cancelled or changed. Should it be necessary to cancel a booking, it would be appreciated if you would let Stephanie know as early as possible, so that others may be offered the use of the facilities.
Travel subsidy available for South Island ministers (NOMs only)
National Ordained Ministers from the South Island are eligible for reimbursement of 80 percent of the basic/economy Cook Strait ferry fare, once every two years, for the minister, wife/husband and dependent children, provided you spend a minimum period of five nights at Glen Innis. Please make your ferry bookings as early as possible to take advantage of cheaper fare offers and bring a photocopy of the ticket with you so that a refund can be promptly processed.
Local Ordained Ministers, Amorangi, Shared Ministry Team members
Local Ordained Ministers, Amorangi and Shared Ministry Team members are able to book a holiday in the Maud Hooper House at a cost of $200 for the week.
The maximum time that can be booked is one week each year from 3pm Monday to 10.30am the following Sunday.
Please note that National Ordained Ministers are given preference during the school holiday period (in accordance with the terms of the gift), but you are welcome to let Stephanie know of your interest, should the Maud Hooper House become available.
