The Government has released a Review of the Legal Framework for Burial and Cremation in NZ. You can make a submission or comment to the Law Commission on the issues raised by this report, but it must be received by 20 December 2013.

Our Moderator has written to the Bishop of Peshawar in Pakistan to express our Church’s deep sadness over recent tragic events in the country, including a bomb attack on Christians and a 7.7 magnitude earthquake in south-western Pakistan.
CWS appeal for Myanmar flood victims

CWS is working with a partner delivering food in isolated areas. 73 000 people were living in displacement camps as of 7 August, and thousands of hectares of farmland were destroyed. Read more here.
