Gospel 2014 celebrations
Let’s celebrate two hundred years of the Christian gospel in New Zealand. 25 December 2014 is the official date of the bicentenary when the Rev Samuel Marsden preached his first sermon at Oihi Bay in 1814, supported by Ruatara, Hongi Hika and Korokoro.

Church seeks communications advisor
The Presbyterian Church seeks a communications advisor to work in our small communications team communicating with internal and external stakeholders, including the media, and producing publications. The right candidate will have a minimum of four years experience in a similar role.

CWS launches Sahel Appeal
Christian World Service (CWS) has launched an appeal for funds to help avert impending disaster in the West Africa’s Sahel. Ten million people are struggling to find food. Support the appeal here.
Prize for women in church leadership
To mark International Women’s Day, the World Communion of Reformed Churches (WCRC) asks for nominations for a prize encouraging women to become leaders in their church. Read more and apply here.
Neighbours Day 2012
Presbyterian churches are once more encouraged to help put the heart back into local community by supporting Neighbours Day Aotearoa – running over the weekend of 24-25 March 2012.
