PSDS are seeking applications for the second of four annual Ministry and Mission Innovation Awards for an innovative ministry and/or mission initiative. Your idea needs to be:
Innovative (applies a new idea to a particular issue or need)
Demonstrating leadership and the involvement of others
Expressive of the mission of the Church
A completely separate initiative - not part of an existing or previous programme
Project based
New Asian Ministries coordinator
The Rev Kyoung Gyun, a missionary from the Presbyterian Church of Korea, is our new Asian Ministries coordinator. Kyoung Gyun takes up his role in February and will be based in Auckland. Along with building relationships across our Church he will, over the next three years, have a special focus on the needs of the younger people whose parents immigrated from one or other of the Asian nations represented in our Church’s life and work.
